New Drive Engines – Easy Returns Policy
At New Drive Engines Pty Ltd, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make the return process simple and fair.
Change of Mind
If you decide the engine is no longer required, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, the engine must be:

Brand new and unused
-
In its original packaging
-
Clean, complete, and unmodified
Please ensure all model and fitment details are reviewed carefully before ordering to avoid unnecessary returns.
Refunds
Once your returned engine has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note:

Shipping costs for both outbound and return freight are the responsibility of the customer.

A 10% administration fee applies to all non-warranty returns.

Refunds requested prior to shipping will incur the payment transaction fee charged to our business (for example, Stripe/visa or PayPal fees).

Refunds can only be issued once payment has cleared and the engine has been received and inspected.
Checking Returned Engines
Every returned engine is inspected by our team before approval.
If any components are used, missing, damaged, or altered, we are unable to process a refund or credit.
