Yes. Simply provide your vehicle’s VIN, model, and year, and our team will verify the correct engine match before you purchase.
Yes. Every engine comes with a unique, compliant New Drive Engines identification number, giving you clean traceability and smooth registration. All engines are brand new, making the paperwork simple for your workshop.
Engines are generally supplied as core long block assemblies only. External components such as intake and exhaust manifolds, sensors, spark plugs, ignition coils and other ancillaries are not included and must be transferred from your existing engine unless otherwise stated.
Our engines are oil-pressure tested on a spin rig prior to dispatch to confirm correct lubrication before first start. Engines are then drained of oil and securely packed for transport. This process excludes certain diesel engines that require the original sump and oil pickup to be fitted during installation.
Yes. Our team provides post-purchase support to assist with fitment and installation questions to help ensure everything runs smoothly.
Yes - if you’ve ordered the wrong engine or need to request a return, and the engine is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, please contact us (https://www.newdriveengines.com.au/contact-us)directly to discuss your options.
We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process in line with our terms and conditions, ensuring a smooth resolution.
Our engines include a 12-month or 50,000 km warranty (whichever comes first). This covers defects in materials or workmanship within the engine’s internal components, such as the block, cylinder head, pistons, camshaft, and other internal parts. This ensures every brand-new engine you buy from us meets strict quality and reliability standards.
For the warranty to apply, the engine must be installed by a licensed workshop.
Yes - we provide free shipping across Australia to business addresses with forklift access, as well as to local freight depots.
Residential delivery is available upon request (typically around $150) - please contact us for a quote. Remote and rural deliveries also require a quote and may incur additional charges.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes between 3 and 10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Once your engine has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can monitor your shipment to your door.

You’ll receive instant order confirmation and an invoice by email. Our team will handle the rest to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
We are a supply-only business, however we can recommend trusted workshops experienced in fitting our engines across Australia.
You can pay securely through our website using Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or bank transfer.
All payments are safely processed through Wix Payments, protecting your details while ensuring a smooth checkout experience for your replacement engine purchase.
If your engine arrives with visible damage, contact us immediately and include clear photos of both the packaging and the engine. We will assist with a replacement or freight claim as quickly as possible.
We currently ship within Australia only. Export quotes for New Zealand customers can be provided upon request.
